More about my background

My HR background comes from working inside organisations, close to both leadership teams and employees. I have handled everyday HR work as well as complex and sensitive situations, where decisions need to be made with care, clarity and responsibility.
I am used to navigating difficult conversations, organisational change and situations where there is no obvious right answer. My approach is structured and pragmatic, with a strong focus on finding solutions that work in practice and keeping momentum when things need to move forward.
What matters most to me is trust. Creating a space where leaders feel supported and employees feel taken seriously. HR work needs to be professional, but also human. That balance has shaped how I work and how I support organisations today.
